You must be at least 18 years old. Players and watchers turn on live cameras that other people see, so the service is not for minors. By using it you confirm you are 18 or older. We close accounts we believe belong to someone under 18. See the Age Policy.

Every game is public. To play or watch you must turn on your camera, and your live video can be seen by players, watchers and in the homepage camera strip. We do not record or store video. Others might still record their screen, which we cannot stop, so only show what you are happy to show in public.

You may play as a guest or sign in with email, Google or Apple. Keep your login safe. You are responsible for what happens on your account. One person per account.

You must follow the Community rules. In short, you must not:

• show nudity, sexual content, violence, drugs or weapons on camera;
• harass, threaten, bully or hate on anyone;
• involve or show anyone under 18;
• use chess engines or outside help during a game, or manipulate ratings;
• spam, advertise, impersonate others or break the law;
• attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

We can remove content, end games, change ratings, or suspend or ban accounts that break these terms, with or without notice. Illegal content, especially anything involving minors, is reported to the authorities.

Ratings and results are calculated automatically. Leaving a game, timeouts and abandonment follow the in-app rules. We may correct results affected by bugs or cheating.

You keep ownership of what you post (chat, username). You give us permission to show it inside the service so it can work.

The service is free and provided “as is”. We do not promise it will always be available, error-free, or that video will connect on every network.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for what other users say or show. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top. These terms are governed by Spanish law, and EU consumers keep the protection of their local law.
